Face Autumn
Fun non-stereotypical beauty images and chat with women 50 and beyond. Highlighting a shout out to ourselves and wider community
‘Hey see me I’m great‘
This week is all about the autumn face make up on the over 50’s.
Meet the lovely Vicky (53).
We had great fun shooting this story and wished we could of shown bts pics of Vicky sitting on the chest of drawers trying to angle a fan to waft her hair and me crouching on the bed attempting to get the shot.
Read on for our beauty chats too.

Make up
I wanted to show a make up perfect for Autumn a soft smokey eye perfect for 50 and beyond. I used warm brown tones to create a pretty autumn feel to Vickys make up. This is a great way to create a softer smokey eye, when not wanting to go full out on the charcoals. Toning up with a warm glow on the skin and soft caramel lips.
The emphasis on make up that still looks natural, but striking all at the same time.

The questions asked is for my own research project to see how, why people age differently and how they feel about it. All for fun, anyone involved has volunteered.
