A virtual programme is straight forward, I just need you to be able to weigh yourself, know your height and give a few measurements and then we can communicate via email, facetime, zoom and phone.

Karen is a certified nutrition and weight management adviser with a real interest in the concept of beauty inside and out. Working with individual and corporate clients to help them achieve their weight goals, great skin and general wellness through healthy diet, exercise and positive outlook.
Karen takes weekly NHS referral Obesity sessions for SHAPE UP 4 LIFE and is a trained Health Champion for Wiltshire which is a volunteer role supporting the Health Trainers spreading health awareness to the community.
