Blue
Meet Judith, we had great fun in my make up chair and getting these fab beauty shots.
Not only did I want to create a fun make up, but I wanted to highlight the importance of drinking water, especially as we get older.

Dehydration is a major issue in older years. It so important to keep the body hydrated to keep your metabolism working to its peak and helps to keep your skin performing its magic. Drinking water helps to plump the skin too, which gives a youthful glow. The recommended amount is about 8 glasses a day, which can include tea, but sadly not wine.
