‘Hey see me I’m great‘
As we approach autumn and holding back those chilly winter months I wanted to achieve a make up look that can ease you out of summer and into autumn still feeling sunkissed warm and sunny.
This week my model is Wendy 52 she is a dance and yoga teacher. I always want my make up themes appropriate to the person in my chair and I see Wendy as a Boho chic and I love the images we created. It was fun using individual lashes to give an extra definition to her eyes without the need for a heavy eyeline.The flower headdress and plaits gives the boho feel, looks fabulous whatever your age.
She said ‘Today has given me a much needed lift, a reminder that I need to spend sometime on myself and the motivation to think about updating my look as I settle into this next decade!!’

- How old are you, if you don’t mind me asking? 52 (I think)
- Do you do any regular outside activity? Gardening, cycling lots of out door sports and activities

- Have you sunbathed over the years, and have you always worn a SPF? Yes, sun worshiper try to remember to use cream
- Has your beauty routine changed as you have got older? Probably not, I have always cleansed toned and moisturised

- Do you think your own life personal stresses has an impact on?
How you feel about yourself I have less time for myself when I am busy, so think about myself less too
How you feel about yourself as you get older Don’t like the wrinkles especially around my eyes
How you feel you are physically ageing Not too bad at the moment but I wish I still looked like I did when I was in my 20’s
- Have you or would you consider any intrusive anti-ageing treatments? Don’t like the idea of anything that is not natural

- What is your can’t live without make up product? Lip Gloss and Mascara are my can’t life withouts

I need to find more time to experiemnt with make up and change it up a bit. It was lovely to have the opportunity to see how make up can change how you look and feel and still look natural
