In the summer I asked my very good friend if she would let me take her picture. I went to school with Jane and actually have known her from pre school days so a very long standing friendship. I have always known Jane as a brunette and she has always been very adamant not to become a silver sister. However the last couple of years she has convided a wish to be a blonde. So at 62 she has taken the plunge and a fabulous blonde she makes. This was the perfect time to grab her for a photograph.

Spending time in Spain and of a certain age my hair has lightened naturally with the sun, swimming and with a little grey coming through. It was easier to go lighter and I think compliments my skin tone. I am enjoying the long blonde hair look and have had many compliments. However I do miss the richness of dark hair, but will not go back now at 62.
